Andrew J. Thinnes Jr., 82, Freeport, died Jan. 23, 2012. A visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, at Bethany United Church of Christ, Freeport. A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, at the church. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. A memorial has been established in his name.
