Harvey Breuscher, 89, Madison, died Sunday, May 18, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, May 23 at the Monroe Bible Church, 2613 8th Ave., Monroe, followed by a luncheon. Visitation will be at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service Friday. The Newcomer Funeral Home, Monroe, is in charge of arrangements.
