JoAnne Kathleen (Jeremiason) Rufener, 83, rural Monticello, died Saturday, July 1, 2017 in New Glarus. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday, July 7, 2017 at the St. Clare of Assisi Parish at St. Victor's Catholic Church with celebrant Monsignor Larry Bakke. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the Shriner Hager Gohlke Funeral Home in Monroe, followed by a Celebration of Life service. Continued visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass on Friday at the church. Burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Freeport.
