Emily M. Martin, 85, Elgin, Ill., died Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2014 in Darlington. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 18 at Darlington United Methodist Church, 546 Park Place, Darlington, with Rev. Larry Hakes officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Mineral Point, at a later date. A visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service Monday, Aug. 18 at the church. The Erickson Funeral Home, Darlington, is in charge of arrangements.
