The court Oct. 15 entered into a deferred prosecution agreement with Daniel R. Gander, 30, Albany, who pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct.

He faced up to three months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the class B misdemeanor.

Court records indicate he grabbed and pushed a woman to the ground June 21 art an Albany township residence.

• The court Oct. 14 fined Randy T. Kruser, 43, Monroe, $224 after he pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct.

Kruser faced up to three months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the class B misdemeanor.

The court dismissed on count of battery, a class A misdemeanor, and one count of disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He originally faced more than one year in jail and up to $12,000 in fines.

Court records indicate he used profanity in front of children and adults July 20 at the Green County Fairgrounds.

• The court Oct. 14 fined Kevin K. Price, 37, Brodhead, $224 after he pleaded guilty to unlawful use of a telephone.

He faced up to three months in jail and up to $1,000 as part of the plea agreement for the class B misdemeanor.

The court dismissed one count of disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He originally faced up to six months in jail and up to $2,000 in fines.

Court records indicate he called a woman on the phone and threatened her June 22 at a Brodhead residence.

• The court Oct. 15 sentenced Ryan C. Paschal, 47, Monroe to nine months in jail after he pleaded no contest to two counts of resisting an officer.

He faced up to 18 months in jail and up to $20,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the two class A misdemeanors.

The court dismissed one count of attempted battery of a police officer, a class H felony.

He originally faced more than four years in prison and up to $30,000 in fines.

Court records indicate he ran away from police officers and struggled and fought with them when taken into custody July 22 in Monroe.
