Felonies

• Mitchell D. Bliss, 20, Belleville, was charged Oct. 3 with a Class I felony count of possessing burglarious tools and Class A misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property, entry into a locked coin box and theft of movable property. Court records indicate Bliss used a knife and screwdriver to pry open a door on a locked coin box and tried to steal coins on Sept. 22 at Kubly Tire and Service Station, 102 E. Lake Ave., Monticello. He has a hearing Nov. 4.

• Erin Kimball Tollefson, 43, Monroe, was charged Oct. 7 with felony bail jumping, stemming from an incident Oct. 5 at a residence in the 900 block of 10th Street in Monroe. Police were investigating a stabbing that occurred during an after-bar party and found that Tollefson, one of the people present, had been drinking. He was out on bond with a condition not to drink. His signature bond on this case is set at $2,000. His preliminary hearing is Nov. 1.



Misdemeanors

• Matthew A. Warke, 20, South Beloit, was charged Oct. 4 with an unclassified misdemeanor count of possessing drug paraphernalia. Court records indicate a Wisconsin State Patrol officer found "a pot pipe fashioned from a carved rock" on the seat of Warke's pickup truck during a traffic stop Sept. 1 on Wis. 11 east of Bagley Road. A not-guilty plea is entered in the case. He has a pre-trial conference Dec. 3.

• SeanCody Lee Anderson, 18, Monroe, was charged Oct. 9 with a Class A misdemeanor count of theft and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Court records indicate he stole three wrenches Oct. 5 from a residence in the 500 block of West 21st Street in Monroe. His signature bond is set at $1,000. He has a plea/sentencing hearing Nov. 12.
