Felonies
- Robert L. Bennett, 23, Brodhead, was found guilty on Nov. 1 after pleading no contest to a charge of battery, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from a July 10 incident. Bennett's case was a deferred prosecution and sentence, where he is to follow the prosecution agreement, which includes undergoing assessments and counseling through the Green County Human Services' CYF. Court records indicate that Bennett hit a minor victim with a wooden ruler, causing red marks, bruises, and other physical pain and bodily injury. He was fined $163.
- Michael A. Chase, 22, Monroe, was found guilty on Nov. 7 of breaking the conditions of his probation. On Dec. 16, he was found guilty of substantial battery with the intend to cause bodily harm, a class I felony, stemming from a July 10, 2010 incident. Court records indicate that Chase was terminated from Attic Correctional Services at the Foster Community Center in Madison and Rock Valley Halfway House in Janesville, as well as being disrespectful to the staff at the Foster Community Center. All three are violations of rules of community supervision. He was sentenced to one year and six months of state prison and one-year extended supervision with the conditions of paying $1,232 in restitution.
Chase was also found guilty on Nov. 7 of breaking the conditions of his probation after being found guilty on Dec. 16 of bail jumping, a class H felony, stemming from a Nov. 17, 2010 incident. He was sentenced to one year and six months in jail to be served concurrently and one year extended supervision with the conditions of paying $106 in restitution.

- Matthew D. Disch, 24, Monticello, was found guilty on Nov. 1, after pleading no contest to a charge of bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from an April 29 incident. He was fined $568.
