Green County
Felonies
On Wednesday:
Erin K. Tollefson, 44, Monroe, had all charges dismissed as a part of a deferred prosecution agreement that he must adhere to for 18 months. Tollefson was charged Sept. 10 with two felony counts of second-degree sexual assault with use of force, felony counts of false imprisonment, battery, strangulation and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and battery. Court records indicate Tollefson swore at and called a woman names, shoved her to a bed by her throat, threw her facedown on the floor, pulled her arm until the joint popped out, yanked on her hair and attempted to forcibly have vaginal and anal intercourse with her. He then allegedly laughed and wiped blood from his bloody nose on her face. The responding officer on scene described Tollefson as "very intoxicated." If Tollefson complies with all conditions of the deferred prosecution agreement he could have his charges dismissed. He paid $368 in fines.
Randall D. Daniel, 30, Freeport, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of delivering cocaine, a Class F Felony. Daniel was charged with delivering 1.2 grams of cocaine on Oct. 15 to a confidential informant in the 800 block of 16th Avenue, Monroe. He will be on probation for three years consecutive to his other conviction. He is also ordered to pay $451 in fines.
Randall D. Daniel, 30, Freeport, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of felony bail jumping. Court records indicate Daniel was on bond from prior drug violations when he sold cocaine to a confidential informant. He will serve 18 months imprisonment with 18 months of probation once released, consecutive to his other conviction.

Jesse Alan Partridge, 21, Albany, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of disorderly conduct. He also had a felony count of substantial battery dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. Partridge will serve 90 days in jail with work release privileges. Court records indicate Partridge severely injured a man by repeatedly punching him in the face on Feb. 22. The man suffered a broken nose and jaw. Partridge told the responding officers he beat up the man because the man had assaulted his pregnant girlfriend. Partridge owes the court $243.
