Felonies
The court Friday entered a plea of not guilty and scheduled a July 6 district attorney conference for Dylan R. Quick, 18, Orfordville, who stood mute to a charge of bail jumping.
Court records allege Quick was in a vehicle with three females under the age of 18 April 22 in Brodhead. He was on bond in Rock County for exposing a child to harmful materials and ordered not to have contact with anyone under the age of 18.
He is charged with bail jumping, a class H felony. He faces up to six years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines. He remains free on a $2,000 signature bond.
Misdemeanors
The court Thursday sentenced James G. Milestone, 46, Monroe, to 60 days in jail with 24 days credit after he pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct.
He faced up to 90 days in jail and up to $1,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the class B misdemeanor.
Court records indicate he pushed a woman onto a couch and refused to let her up and then threw her walker across the room April 12 in Monroe.
In a second case, the court entered into a one-year deferred prosecution agreement with Milestone after he pleaded no contest to bail jumping.
He faced up to six years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the class H felony.
Court records indicate he violated his bond by taking money and resisting arrest April 10 in Monroe.
