Felonies
A $5,000 cash bond was set Tuesday, March 12, for Shawn Michael Oller, 38, Brodhead, on charges that he lunged at a man's torso and face with an open lockblade knife and sliced the man's hands on March 9 at Payne's Pub, 1101 First Center Ave., Brodhead. Oller faces felony charges of first-degree recklessly endangering safety and substantial battery and misdemeanor charges of carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct. His preliminary hearing is March 22.
Misdemeanors
Kayla Doniel Graff, 21, Rockford, pleaded no contest Monday, March 11, to a Class A misdemeanor charge of retail theft and was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $243. She is convicted of shoplifting a sequined top, a camisole and a tank top from Walmart, 300 6th Ave. W., Monroe.
Darrius Courtney Burnett, 31, Chicago, pleaded no contest Tuesday, March 12, to misdemeanor charges of possessing marijuana and resisting/obstructing an officer, stemming from incidents in 2010 and 2012. He was fined a total of $962.75, which was paid from a previously paid cash bond.
Aaron L. Frayer, 45, Beloit, pleaded no contest Tuesday, March 12, to two Class A misdemeanor charges of failing to pay child support and was sentenced to two years of probation. He is ordered to get and keep a job, pay current and past child support and undergo any treatment or counseling recommended by his agent.
Bryan Scott Wehe, 22, Monroe, pleaded no contest Tuesday, March 12, to two counts of bail jumping and a traffic charge of driving without vehicle insurance, stemming from an arrest Sept. 27 in Monroe. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail and ordered to pay $636.10.
