Green County felonies

• Connar S. Koch, 19, Monroe, faces a Class H felony count of bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia after police allegedly stopped him for speeding Sunday and found drugs and other contraband in his vehicle. If convicted, he could face a six-year prison sentence, $10,000 in fines, or both. Police records indicate that Koch made his initial appearance Monday, after which the court set a $2,000 signature bond ordering him not to possess or consume nonprescription controlled substances or possess drug paraphernalia. Police reportedly saw that he had been implicated in past drug cases and called for a K-9 unit, which alerted them to the vehicle. Inside, police found marijuana, THC oil, a hookah, a grinder and rolling papers, according to court records. The bail-jumping charge stems from Koch's allegedly violating the conditions of a $5,000 signature bond he signed April 10 in a different case, under which he is ordered not to possess nonprescription controlled substances. He was also cited for speeding and a seatbelt violation. Koch has a preliminary hearing in the new case June 26.

Misdemeanors

• Randy L. Boeck, 55, Browntown, faces two Class B misdemeanor counts of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and a count of unlawful use of a computerized system to harass another subject, a forfeiture, for three alleged incidents in April and May. Police records indicate the three charges were filed June 4 and Boeck made his initial appearance in court Monday, after which he signed a $1,000 signature bond ordering him to have no contact with the harassment victim, and no violent or abusive contact with the other two victims. If convicted, he could face around six months in jail, $2,000 in fines, or both. The first disorderly conduct charge stems from an April 15 incident at Boeck's residence in the 200 block of West South Street in which he allegedly yelled and swore at a woman he knows and tried to drag her out of the residence by her neck. According to police reports, the second misdemeanor count is related to another domestic disturbance at his residence on April 22 in which he was arrested and jailed for yelling and swearing at the same woman, as well as her boyfriend, whom Boeck allegedly moved toward in a threatening manner. The harassment charge stems from Boeck's repeatedly sending prying computer messages to a woman with his same last name, court records indicate. Boeck reportedly asked her who she is and where she lives, and when she told him to back off, he accused her of stealing his relative's identity and publicly called her a "scammer." He has a pre-trial conference July 21.
