Felonies

• Fred Tim Agee, 63, New Glarus, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on Thursday of driving while intoxicated, fifth or sixth offense; he also had one count of driving with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration dismissed. Agee will serve six months in jail with work-release privileges, have his driver's license revoked for 27 months, is ordered to install an ignition interlock device upon relicensing, undergo alcohol and other drugs assessment classes and have an electronic monitoring system set up after he is released. Court records indicate that on June 22, 2012, Agee lost control of his truck on County W, Town of New Glarus, and rolled the truck onto its roof. A responding officer found a bottle of alcohol that had been ejected from the truck. At the hospital Agee had a PAC of .14 percent. He owes a fine of $1,756.



Misdemeanors

• Jeffrey C. Miller Jr., 20, Browntown, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on Thursday of disorderly conduct; he also had one count of criminal damage to property dismissed. Miller owes a forfeiture fine of $263.50. Court records indicate that on April 9, Miller was being disorderly with another girl while they were intoxicated. A neighbor called in saying Miller had broken a flower pot at the Village Park in Browntown. Miller also flipped over a picnic table and threw cans and garbage at street signs.
