Debra K. Raisbeck, 47, Argyle, was granted a one-year deferred prosecution June 19 on a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct, stemming from a dispute at a residence on Galena Street in Argyle on March 2. She was ordered to pay the court $343, undergo a behavioral health assessment through Lafayette County Human Services and not drink or go into bars or liquor stores.
Dennis R. Engel, 67, Darlington, was charged June 18 with an unclassified misdemeanor charge of failing to dispose of known carcasses in a timely manner. Court records indicate Engel left a calf carcass exposed to access by dogs or wild animals this spring on his land in the 10400 block of Walnut Road in Wiota Township and ignored a warning from a deputy to dispose of it. His initial appearance is July 8.
Mark B. Pattinson, 45, Darlington, was charged June 18 with a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct, stemming from allegations of ongoing disorderly behavior this spring around his teenage daughter. Court records indicate he was verbally abusive and made her stay home from school to clean the house. His initial appearance is July 8.
Amanda Lynn Penniston and Austin James Penniston, both 32 and of Argyle, were charged with two counts each of Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct, stemming from domestic disputes in their home on South State Street in Argyle on April 5 and 24. They have initial appearances on July 8.
