The court Monday sentenced Jeremy J. Hunter, 20, Monroe, to 30 days in jail and one year probation, with work release privileges, after he pleaded no contest to causing injury by driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration.
He faced up to one year in jail and $2,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the unclassified misdemeanor.
The court dismissed one count of injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle, a class F felony. He faced more than 13 years in prison and up to $27,000 in fines.
Court records indicate he was driving a vehicle that was involved in a crash that caused injury to the passenger Sept. 14 in Monroe township.
Gregory D. Roush Jr., 42, Lena, Ill., remains jailed on a $2,000 cash bond after making his initial appearance Monday for charges related to a disturbance.
Court records allege he stalked a woman, entered her home and violated a restraining order July 10 and 11 in Monroe. He was on bond for violating a restraining order and bail jumping at the time of the incidents.
He is charged with stalking, a class I felony; intimidation of a victim, three counts of bail jumping, criminal damage to property and two counts of trespassing, all class A misdemeanors; and four counts of violating a restraining order, all unclassified misdemeanors.
He faces more than 10 years in prison and up to $84,000 in fines, if convicted.
His preliminary hearing is July 24.

He faced up to nine months in jail and up to $10,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the class A misdemeanor. The court will dismiss the charges in one year if he complies with the terms of the agreement.
The court dismissed two counts of disorderly conduct, both class B misdemeanors. He originally faced up to 15 months in jail and up to $12,000 in fines.
Court records indicate he grabbed a woman and choked her Aug. 25 at a Juda residence.
The court Monday scheduled an Aug. 19 district attorney conference for Jeremy J. Johnson, 31, Brodhead, who pleaded not guilty to drug possession and drug paraphernalia charges.
Court records allege he had marijuana, a glass pipe and illegally obtained prescription drugs in his vehicle June 2 in Brodhead.
He is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of illegally obtained prescription drugs, all unclassified misdemeanors. He faces up to 13 months in jail and up to $2,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $500 signature bond.

He remains free on a $100 cash bond.
