Green County Felonies

• Benjamin R. Normington, 21, Brodhead, remains free on a $1,500 signature bond after making his initial appearance Monday for drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Court records indicate he had marijuana, a smoking pipe and rolling papers in his possession Jan. 5 in Monroe township.

He is charged with possession of marijuana, a class I felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, an unclassified misdemeanor. He faces more than three years in prison and more than $10,000 in fines, if convicted.

His preliminary hearing is Feb. 12.

• Jessie L. Hanson, 26, Monroe, is scheduled to make her initial appearance Feb. 4 for forgery and theft.

Court records indicate she cashed an $800 check from another person's account Nov. 8 at the Wisconsin Community Bank.

She is charged with forgery, a class H felony, and theft, a class A misdemeanor. She faces more than six years in prison and up to $20,000 in fines, if convicted.

Misdemeanors

• The court Monday entered into a deferred prosecution agreement Monday with Alexander C. Webb, 22, Juda, who pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct charges.

He faced up the three months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines as part of the agreement for the class B misdemeanor.

The court will dismiss the charge in one year if he complies with the terms of the agreement.

The court dismissed a second count of disorderly conduct.

He originally faced up to six months in jail and up to $2,000 in fines.

Court records indicate he hit a man Sept. 8 in Brodhead.

• The court Monday scheduled a Feb. 19 district attorney conference and entered a plea of not guilty for Kathleen L. Venn, 45, Monroe, who stood mute to a charge of disorderly conduct.

Court records indicate she yelled and slapped a man Nov. 4 in Monroe.

She is charged with disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. She faces up to three months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines, if convicted.

She remains free on a $300 signature bond.

• The court Monday scheduled a Feb. 19 district attorney conference and entered a plea of not guilty for Jonathan D. Jenson, 31, Janesville, who stood mute to a charge of disorderly conduct.

Court records indicate he argued and wrestled with a woman Oct. 7 in Exeter township.

He is charged with disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He faces up to three months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines, if convicted.

He remains free on a $400 signature bond.

• The court Monday scheduled a Feb. 19 district attorney conference and entered a plea of not guilty for Donna J. Halverson, 41, Albany, who is charged with disorderly conduct.

Court records indicate she pushed a man and repeatedly hit him with a bottle Oct. 31 in Albany.

She is charged with disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. She faces up to three months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines, if convicted.

• Brandon A. Mazzarisi, 36, Monroe, is scheduled to make his initial appearance Feb. 4 for two counts of disorderly conduct.

Court records indicate he argued and pushed a 16-year-old male, pushed a man and argued with a woman Dec. 7 at a Monroe residence.

He is charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, both class B misdemeanors. He faces up to 6 months in jail and up to $2,000 in fines, if convicted.

• Kelli A. Klemm, 31, Monroe, is scheduled to make her initial appearance Feb. 4 for a disorderly conduct charge.

Court records indicate she yelled and swore at a man and broke the glass in a door Dec. 31 in Monroe.

She is charged with disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. She faces up to three months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines, if convicted.
