Misdemeanors


• John F. Miller, 56, Monroe, pleaded no contest Friday, Jan. 11, to a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct and was granted a one-year deferred prosecution with the conditions that he pay the court $326 within 90 days, undergo anger management and domestic violence counseling and attend quarterly monitoring conferences. The charge stems from a domestic incident in May involving his wife.

• Jess F. Restivo, 22, Brodhead, pleaded no contest Friday, Jan. 11, to an unclassified misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession and was granted a one-year deferred prosecution with the conditions that he pay the court $163 within 90 days, undergo assessment for alcohol or other drug abuse, perform 100 hours of community service, attend quarterly monitoring conferences and not drink. Court records indicate he was found with 50.8 grams of marijuana and two smoking pipes during a traffic stop on First Center Avenue at McEwan Street in Brodhead on Oct. 12.
