Green County Misdemeanors

• The court Thursday sentenced Jeremy J. Reynolds to 60 days in jail with nine days credit after he pleaded no contest to bail jumping.

He faced up to nine months in jail and $10,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the class A misdemeanor.

The court dismissed a charge of violating a domestic abuse injunction, an unclassified misdemeanor.

He originally faced more than 18 months in jail and up to $11,000 in fines, if convicted.

Court records indicate that while on bond he was arrested for violating the injunction.

• The court Thursday sentenced Deal L. Paulson, 45, Monroe, to 30 days in jail after he pleaded no contest to concealing stolen property.

He faced up to nine months in jail and up to $10,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the class A misdemeanor.

The court dismissed a charge of possession of marijuana, a class I felony.

He originally faced more than four years in prison and up to $20,000 in fines.

Court records indicate he had stolen property inside a truck Aug. 14 in Monroe.
