Midemeanors

Hector M. Guerra, 38, Monroe, was found guilty on April 29, after pleading guilty to criminal damage to property, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from a Oct. 24, 2010 incident. The court fined Guerra $452.

- Sylvia J. Wood, 38, Monroe, was found guilty on April 29, after pleading no contest to issuing worthless checks, an unclassified misdemeanor, stemming from a March 9, 2009 incident. Wood was ordered to pay $246.

- Dustin J. Jenson, 33, Orfordville, was found guilty on April 29, after pleading no contest to battery, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from a February 9, 2011 incident. He was sentenced to 135 days in jail and fined $343.

- Jeffrey J. Powers, 49, Madison, was found guilty on April 29, after pleading no contest to disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor, stemming from a June 6, 2010 incident. He was fined $614.
