Carol Nicklaus Jahn, 64, of Freeport, died Wednesday, December 2, 2009, at her home.
Born January 26, 1945 in Monroe, Wisconsin she was the daughter of Marvin and Edna (Winden) Severson. She married Chuck Nicklaus November 16, 1968 and he died December 30, 1996. She married Marshall Jahn September 4, 1999.
She worked x ray and as a clerk in the Medical Records for FHN Memorial Hospital for 25 years.
She was a member of Adams Lutheran Church in Argyle, Wisconsin.
Surviving are her husband, Marshall of Freeport; 1 son, Robert Divine of Rochelle; 1 daughter, Lauri Wagner of Kenosha, Wisconsin; 2 stepsons, Edwin Jahn and David (Angie) Jahn, both of Medford, Oregon; 2 brothers, LaVerne (Donna) Severson of Monroe, Wisconsin and Milfred (Judy) Severson of Argyle, Wisconsin; 1 sister, Diane (Gary Godfrey) Severson of Argyle, Wisconsin; 3 step-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband; 1 brother; and 2 sisters.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
There will be a memorial service at 1 p.m. Monday at the Adams Lutheran Church in Argyle, Wisconsin.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for MDA.
