Barbara J. Eicher, 75, of Denver, Iowa, formerly of Waterloo, Iowa, died at her home on Monday, May 19, 2014. Barbara Jean Walker was born November 21, 1938 in Waterloo, Iowa, daughter of C. Robert and Florence Walker. She graduated from Waterloo East High School in 1956. She married William Henry Eicher on November 23, 1960 in Waterloo; he died March 14, 2006. Mrs. Eicher is survived by three sons: Scott (Terry) Eicher of Denver, Todd (Laura) Eicher of Monticello, Wisc., and Andrew (Cara) Eicher of Austin, TX.; daughter: Melanie Hagen of Denver; seven grandchildren: Drew and Derek Eicher, Cara and Brooke Hagen, and Allison, Skylar and Emma Eicher; and her brother Alan (Marilyn) Walker of Waterloo. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and son in law Marc Hagen. Services: 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 24, 2014 at Locke Funeral Home with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery, Waterloo.
