Orangeville-Anita L. Schindler, age 70, passed away Sunday August 17, 2008 at her home. She was born on February 16, 1938 in Carolton, IL to Loran and Bertha (Thinn)Wolfe. She married Laverne Schindler on December 27, 1958 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Freeport, IL. She graduated from Freeport High School in 1957. She was employed at Structo Manufacturing for a short time. Anita and her husband Owned and Operated Schindlers Market in Orangeville for 32 Years and sold it in 1995. She was then employed by Dick's Supermarket and worked in the deli until October 2007.

Anita is survived by her husband; 4 Children; Randy (Lorna) Schindler of Orangeville, IL, Beth (Michael) Whalen of Argyle, WI, Don (Tammy) Schindler of Deerfield, WI and Sherri Schindler of Monroe, WI; 4 Brothers and 2 Sisters; Jim (Barb) Wolfe of Lena, IL, Paul (Marilyn) Wolfe of Freeport, IL, Dick (Judith) Wolfe of Florida, Peggy (Daylon) Reed of Arizona, Mike Wolfe of Florida and Pat (Dave) Daws of Freeport, IL, 9 Grandchildren She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 Sister; Cathy Wolfe and 1 Grandson; Heath Parmar.

Anita was a member of St. Victors Catholic Church in Monroe, WI. She enjoyed art and shopping. She loved having her grandchildren around and the sporting events her grandchildren participated in.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday August 21, 2008 at St. Victor's Catholic Church in Monroe, WI. Visitation will be held Wednesday August 20, 2008 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Cramer-Leamon Funeral Home in Orangeville, IL. Officiating will Msgr. Thomas F. Campion. Burial will be held in Sunset Acres Cemetery in Orangeville, IL. A memorial has been established for FHN Hospice, The Ferguson Cancer Center and the Orangeville Fire Department.
