Monroe Police

MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 3:30 p.m. Thursday on 21st Street at Wisconsin 69. Police report a vehicle driven by Silvia Wenger, 38, Monroe, hit a vehicle driven by Jennifer A. Leverenz, 31, Monroe. Wenger was cited for hit-and-run, failure to notify police of an accident and following too closely. The vehicles received minor damage.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in the W7200 block of Hustad Valley Road. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Joshua J. Harris, 17, Hollandale, rolled over and hit a utility trailer while making a left turn. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed. Pea gravel on the road was a contributing factor in the accident.

• A vehicle driven by Leah B. Hauser, 31, Monticello, collided with a deer at about 7 p.m. Wednesday on County H east of Disch Road in New Glarus township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

• A vehicle driven by Alexander Erickson, 51, Argyle, collided with a deer at about 6:15 a.m. Thursday on Wis. 81 east of Joy Dell Road. The vehicle received moderate damage.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - A vehicle driven by Ron A. Hanson, 41, Avoca, collided with a deer at about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday on County N in Argyle township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

• A vehicle driven by Shelly J. Weber, 40, Shullsburg, collided with a deer at about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday on County W in New Diggings township. The vehicle received moderate damage.
