Darlington Police

DARLINGTON — Jose A. Hernandez-Herna, 22, Darlington, was arrested on a third-offense charge of operating while intoxicated and driving with a revoked license following a traffic stop on Ohnstad Road at about 11:55 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12. He was also cited for keeping open intoxicants in a motor vehicle, as was his passenger, Felipe Utrera-Aguilar, 24, Darlington.

●  Donald A. Dargel, 30, Darlington, was cited for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a valid license following a traffic stop on Louisa Street at about 11:55 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13.

●  Julie M. Lofftin, 43, Darlington, was arrested and jailed for a probation violation following an investigation at a residence on Lucy Street at about 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 14.


Monroe Police

MONROE — On Wednesday, Oct. 16:

●  Austin D. Flood, 23, Monroe, was arrested and jailed on a charge of bail jumping after officers were requested at 1:05 p.m. to check on a person passed out in Subway, 449 8th St. Police found that Flood appeared to have passed out after huffing from Ultra Duster canned air, a violation of his probation as well as bond conditions in Green County Circuit Court. Flood regained consciousness and a Green County EMS paramedic arrived on scene to check his wellbeing. Police took Flood to Monroe Clinic, where he was medically cleared for jail.

●  Jean E. Justice, 24, Monroe, was cited for disorderly conduct after officers responded to a neighbor dispute at 2:52 p.m. in the 1600 block of 14th Avenue.


Green County Sheriff

MONROE — On Tuesday, Oct. 16:

●  Jessica L. Broshous, 25, Gratiot, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding at 3:47 a.m. in the W9200 block of Wis. 11, Town of Cadiz.

●  Jordon J. Knox, 29, Monroe, turned himself in at 7:27 a.m. at the Green County Sheriff’s Office after a probation and parole warrant was issued for his arrest. He was jailed.

●  Daniel J. Zimmerman, 40, Monroe, was arrested on domestic abuse-related charges of disorderly conduct and battery after deputies responded at 5:14 p.m. to a residence in the N5400 block of Skinner Hollow Road, Town of Adams. He was jailed pending court.

●  Glenn A. Johnson, 38, Brodhead, was arrested at 5:43 p.m. at a residence in the 1000 block of 19th Street in Brodhead on a Failure to Pay Fine warrant issued through Green County. He was jailed pending bond.

DARLINGTON — On Monday, Oct. 15:

●  Amay Placido Tlehuactle, 26, Darlington, was cited for driving without a valid license or proof of vehicle insurance at 4:20 a.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington.

●  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 6:40 a.m. on Sunny Lane, Town of Belmont.

●  Suspicious activity was reported at 9:11 a.m. on Ridge Avenue in Benton.

●  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 10:16 a.m. on County O, Town of Shullsburg.

●  A deputy responded for a welfare check at 2:43 p.m. on Ridge Avenue in Benton.

●  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 4:03 p.m. on County D, Town of Fayette.

●  An erratic driver was reported at 5:10 p.m. on County G, Town of Willow Springs.

●  A theft was reported at 5:55 p.m. on Bennett Road, Town of New Diggings.

●  Emily M. Adelmeyer, 21, Theresa, was cited for speeding at 5:56 p.m. on Cottage Farm Road, Town of Elk Grove.

●  Lane R. Kamps, 21, Platteville, was cited for speeding at 7:50 p.m. on West Mound Road, Town of Belmont.

●  Tyde M. Benson, 18, Benton, was cited for theft at 8:34 p.m. on West Mound Road, Town of Belmont.

●  Zachary N. Uhe, 19, Winneconne, was cited for theft and driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 10:47 p.m. on County B, Town of Belmont. His passengers, Andrew C. Kurutz, 19, Waukesha, and Rebecca L. Mackenzie, 20, Marengo, Illinois, were also both cited for theft.

●  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 11:53 p.m. on Sunny Lane, Town of Belmont.

On Tuesday, Oct. 16:

●  A deputy responded to West Main Street in Shullsburg at 1:13 a.m. to assist the Shullsburg Police Department with a suspicious activity complaint.

●  A deputy responded for a welfare check at 7:41 a.m. on Wis. 81, Town of New Diggings.

●  A noise complaint was reported at 8:54 a.m. on Main Street in Gratiot.

●  A deputy responded for a welfare check at 10:51 a.m. on East Center Street in South Wayne.

●  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 2:25 p.m. on County D, Town of Wayne.

●  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 2:50 p.m. on Ames Road, Town of Gratiot.

●  Deputies assisted with traffic control at 4:39 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Shullsburg.

●  An animal injured in the roadway was reported at 7:53 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Shullsburg.

●  Deputies responded for a welfare check at 8:34 p.m. on County XX, Town of Belmont.

●  Andrew F. Goebel, 67, Mineral Point, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign and an expired vehicle registration at 10:08 p.m. on West Mound Road, Town of Belmont.

●  An animal bite was reported at 10:34 p.m. on Garden Street, Town of New Diggings.

On Wednesday, Oct. 17:

●  Randall K. Everson, 53, South Wayne, was arrested on a charge of bail jumping at 8:47 a.m. in Gratiot. He was jailed.

●  Chad A. Johnson, 36, Darlington, was arrested on a Lafayette County warrant at 10:49 a.m. in the courtroom of Lafayette County Circuit Court. He was jailed.

●  A deputy responded for a welfare check at 1:40 p.m. on County I, Town of New Diggings.
