DARLINGTON — On April 29:

●  A deputy responded to keep the peace at 10:05 a.m. on Riverside Drive in Benton.

●  Trespassing was reported at 11:53 a.m. on Railroad Street in Argyle.

●  A deputy responded to unlock a vehicle at 2:07 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Benton.

●  A civil dispute was reported at 2:11 p.m. on Lake Joy Lane, Town of Belmont.

On April 30:

●  A 911 misdial was reported at 8:07 a.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Willow Springs.

●  Disorderly conduct was reported at 12:17 p.m. on West Liberty Street in Belmont.

●  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 2:55 p.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont. Belmont police assisted a deputy on scene.

●  Disorderly conduct was reported at 3:25 p.m. on Hillcrest Road, Town of Argyle.

●  An animal problem was reported at 4:24 p.m. on County D, Town of Fayette.

●  Deputies responded to check welfare at 4:33 p.m. on County N, Town of Wayne.

●  A deputy assisted Argyle police with a welfare check at 7:33 p.m. on North Street in Argyle.

●  Suspicious activity was reported at 7:39 p.m. on West Mound Road, Town of Belmont.

●  A deputy assisted Argyle police with a noise complaint at 9:18 p.m. on South Lafayette Street in Argyle.

On May 1:

●  A deputy responded at 7:48 a.m. to West Mound View Avenue in Belmont to assist Belmont police with a gas drive-off.

●  A traffic hazard was reported at 8:30 a.m. on County F, Town of Darlington.

●  A deputy responded to check welfare at 10:57 a.m. on West Milwaukee Street in Argyle.

●  A traffic hazard was reported at 8:02 p.m. on County M, Town of Wiota.

●  Troy L. Gundlach, 49, Mineral Point, was arrested after a deputy responded at 8:14 p.m. to South Judgement Street in Shullsburg to assist Shullsburg police with a domestic disorderly conduct incident. Gundlach was found to be in violation of a restraining order. He was booked at the jail and later released on a cash bond.

●  A civil dispute was reported at 9:22 p.m. on Hazel Street in Belmont.

●  A deputy responded to check welfare at 9:48 p.m. on County D, Town of Wayne. The Green County Sheriff’s Office assisted on scene.

On May 2:

●  Suspicious activity was reported at 2:04 p.m. on Ridge Street, Town of Willow Springs.

●  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 2:15 p.m. on Hale Lane, Town of Darlington.

●  Gene R. Luth, 54, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was cited for unnecessary acceleration and no valid driver’s license after a deputy responded at 4:40 p.m. to County I, Town of New Diggings, for a complaint of an erratic driver.

●  Suspicious activity was reported at 5:59 p.m. on County F, Town of Darlington.

●  A 911 misdial was reported at 7:30 p.m. on Dammen Lane, Town of Argyle.

●  A restraining order violation was reported at 7:51 p.m. on Shawnee Road, Town of New Diggings.

●  A noise complaint was reported at 8:20 p.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Argyle.

●  A deputy responded to check welfare at 9:39 p.m. on Hirsbrunner Road, Town of Darlington.

●  An ordinance violation was reported at 9:59 p.m. on East Main Street in Benton.

On May 3:

●  A deputy responded to check welfare at 12:19 p.m. on Fox Road, Town of Gratiot.

●  An erratic driver was reported at 3:24 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Seymour.

●  A domestic dispute was reported at 5:47 p.m. on County M, Town of Darlington.

●  An erratic driver was reported at 6:38 p.m. on County O, Town of Seymour.

●  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 8:05 p.m. on Sunnydale Road, Town of Belmont.

●  A deputy encountered a suspicious vehicle at 8:58 p.m. on County G, Town of Belmont.

●  A 911 misdial was reported at 10:11 p.m. on County U, Town of Darlington.

On May 4:

●  Criminal damage to property was reported at 7:17 a.m. on Ames Road, Town of Darlington. An unknown driver had done donuts in the gravel parking lot of the Darlington Township shed.

●  A deputy responded to check welfare at 8:45 a.m. on Hazel Street in Belmont. 

●  Deputies responded at 8:02 p.m. to Prospect Street in Blanchardville for an alarm.

●  Disorderly conduct was reported at 9:27 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Benton.

On May 5:

●  Deputies responded to check welfare at 2:23 a.m. on East Truth Street in Shullsburg.

●  Owen L. Nally, 35, South Wayne, was cited for hit-and-run on an unattended vehicle, failure to notify police of an accident, failure to maintain control of a vehicle, inattentive driving and no vehicle insurance after deputies responded at 4:07 a.m. to a report of a hit-and-run on South McKnight Street in South Wayne.

●  A parking problem was reported at 10:31 a.m. on County XX, Town of Belmont.

●  A deputy assisted Darlington police with a welfare check at 1:37 p.m. on Ohio Street in Darlington.

●  Deputies assisted the Jo Daviess County Sheriff’s Office at 3:14 p.m. on County PP, Town of Monticello, for a runaway juvenile and wanted person.

●  Josiah R. Creasey, 33, Platteville, was arrested charges of disorderly conduct and battery after deputies responded at 10:34 p.m. to Wildcat Road, Town of Darlington, for a report of domestic abuse. He was released to a responsible party. Darlington police assisted.

On May 6:

●  A deputy responded to keep the peace at 11:31 a.m. on Riverside Drive, Town of Benton.
