● Lexi M. Garduno, 21, Evansville, was cited Feb. 28 for driving with a suspended license.
● A juvenile was cited Feb. 29 for exceeding speed zones (16-19 mph over).
● Jose E. Celaya, 37, Albany, was cited March 1 for exceeding speed zones (16-19 mph over).

Brodhead Police
BRODHEAD — For the week of Feb. 23-29, police performed 26 security checks, 35 citizen assists, 35 assists of other agencies, 19 follow-ups to incidents and 33 vehicle registrations; responded to nine calls for service, 13 EMS calls, one fire call and four 911 or BEEMS (Brodhead Elderly Emergency Monitoring System) calls; and made 20 traffic stops. No mental health or detox transports were reported.
On Sunday, Feb. 23:
● A Green Bay man, 47, was cited for speeding and no vehicle insurance at 4:09 p.m. in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue.
On Tuesday, Feb. 25:
● Police warned a driver for parking left of center at 1:03 a.m. in the 300 block of 23rd Street.
● A domestic problem involving subjects in an argument was reported at 10:58 p.m. in the 600 block of 1st Center Avenue. The matter was resolved.
On Thursday, Feb. 27:
● A traffic crash was reported at 9 p.m. in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue. No citations were issued, as it occurred on private property.
● A dog at large was reported at 11:37 p.m. in the 400 block of East 9th Avenue. The owner was warned.
On Friday, Feb. 28:
● Damage to a door was reported at 5:29 p.m. in the 1200 block of 17th Street. Police spoke with the property owner and determined it was old damage. No action was taken.
● Damage to a phone was reported at 6 p.m. in the 600 block of 5th Street. The matter remained under investigation.
● A Carol Stream, Illinois man, 64, was cited for speeding at 7:53 p.m. in the 300 block of 23rd Street.
● An Evansville woman, 21, was cited for driving with a suspended license and no vehicle insurance at 9:50 p.m. in the 2300 block of 1st Center Avenue.
Monroe Police
MONROE — Frederick S. Neuenschwander, 53, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of bail jumping at 7:48 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, after officers responded to a report of a person causing a disturbance at a business in the 1600 block of 9th Street. Officers determined he was in violation of bond conditions from prior cases prohibiting public intoxication. He was jailed pending court.
● An unresponsive person in the driver’s seat of a vehicle parked in a lot in the 700 block of 8th Street was reported at 9:06 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28. Investigation led to the arrest of the driver, Cody J. Vavra, 29, Monroe, on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated. He was also cited for driving without a valid license. He was released to a responsible person pending court.
On Sunday, March 1:
● Daniel J. Kundert, 29, Monroe, was arrested on two counts of bail jumping after officers responded to a call complaining of a person violating bail conditions at 12:08 a.m. in the 1300 block of 17th Street. Kundert is prohibited from consuming alcohol and being in bars, per bond conditions he signed Feb. 17. He was jailed pending further proceedings.
● An intoxicated person entering into a residence of persons he did not know was reported at 3:01 a.m. in the 1200 block of 19th Street. Investigation led to the arrest of Dennis E. Beutel, 49, Monroe, on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrant for a probation violation. He was also charged with disorderly conduct and resisting an officer after he attempted to kick staff at Monroe Clinic. He was jailed pending court.
Monticello Police
MONTICELLO — A disturbance between intoxicated people and involving a possible physical assault was reported at a bar in the 100 block of North Main Street at 1:56 a.m. Friday, Feb. 28. Ambulances were paged to respond, but there was no medical transport. Police are interviewing witnesses and investigating the incident for potential disorderly conduct charges.

MONROE — Michael R. Franz, 64, Belleville, was cited for driving with a revoked license (alcohol-related revocation) during a traffic stop in the area of County CC and Tunnel Road, Town of Exeter, at 5:29 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 29.

● James H. Marrs Jr., 55, Magnolia, Texas, was arrested and jailed on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated after officers responded to a report of a semi truck theft at Truck Country, 119 Wis. 11, Town of Shullsburg. The initial report of theft was unfounded. Deputies determined Marrs had in fact been hired to pick up a semi tractor to deliver to Texas, however he was found to have been consuming alcohol.
