Green County Sheriff 

MONROE — On Tuesday, March 24:

●  Victor A. McDonald, 23, Brodhead, was arrested on a Department of Corrections hold at 10:14 a.m. at the Green County Probation and Parole Office.

●  Dylan L. Moniak, 24, Brodhead, was arrested on charges of battery, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct, all domestic abuse-related, after deputies responded at 7:12 p.m. to a reported domestic disturbance in the N100 block of Mount Hope Road, Town of Spring Grove. Moniak was jailed pending court or posting of bond.


Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON — On Tuesday, March 24:

●  An injured animal was reported at 5:45 a.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Wayne.

●  An injured animal was reported at 6:08 a.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.

●  Lyle J. Muszynski, 55, Argyle, was cited for a county animal regulations ordinance violation after a deputy responded at 7:42 a.m. to a report of livestock on the roadway on Wis. 81, Town of Argyle. The citation was issued as a result of an ongoing issue with Muszynski not keeping his horses secured on his property.

●  An animal problem was reported at 12:16 p.m. on Faymont Road, Town of Fayette.

●  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 2:05 p.m. on Ferndale Road, Town of Willow Springs.

●  An animal problem was reported at 2:49 p.m. on East Center Street in South Wayne.

On Wednesday, March 25:

●  Suspicious activity was reported at 3:57 a.m. on West State Street in Belmont.

●  An animal injured in the roadway was reported at 6:50 a.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Wayne.

●  Mark A. Zakula, 66, Argyle, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, harassment and unlawful use of a telephone after deputies responded at 9:58 a.m. to West Milwaukee Street in Argyle to assist Argyle police. Zakula reportedly sent harassing, threatening text messages. He was booked at the sheriff’s office and released.

●  Deputies responded to check welfare at 12:45 p.m. on West Center Street in South Wayne.

●  An animal injured on the roadway was reported at 6:57 p.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Argyle.
