ALBANY — Zachary Schliem, 20, Albany, was cited March 11 for no vehicle insurance.

●  A juvenile was cited March 13 for unnecessary acceleration.

●  Mark A. Flood, 54, Albany, was arrested March 13 on a warrant.

●  A 16-year-old Albany boy was cited March 14 for destruction of property, no vehicle insurance, non-registration of an auto and operating a motor vehicle in a restricted or prohibited area. The citations are the result of an investigation into complaints of teenagers driving trucks through fresh mud and tearing up the sod in the terrace area and ditches off roads on the edge of town. Village crews will need to reseed the torn-up areas.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE — A traffic stop for speeding at 9:24 p.m. Monday, March 16, in the W7900 block of County B, Town of Cadiz, resulted in the 16-year-old driver from Monroe being cited for speeding and driving without a valid license. Three passengers, a 17-year-old from Monroe, a 16-year-old from Monroe and a 15-year-old from Argyle, were cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

●  Tristan H. Sauer, 20, Brodhead, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while under the influence of drugs after deputies stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation at 7 p.m. in the N5000 block of County E, Town of Albany. Sauer was also cited for possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. A passenger, Joshua P. Harper, 20, Brodhead, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were released pending court. The K9 unit assisted on scene.
