On July 1:

● At 11:17 p.m., Deputies responded to the N5800 block of Wildlife Rd., in the Town of Adams, for a single vehicle crash in the N5800 block of Wildlife Rd., in the Town of Adams. The investigation found that the driver, Roger F. Isely, 91, of Argyle, was traveling north when he had lost control and entered a wooded area off the road. Isely reported that he was uninjured and wearing his seatbelt. Isely’s vehicle sustained functional damage, with no airbag deployment, and was later driven from the scene.

On July 3:

● At 8:55 a.m., Deputies responded to the intersection of STH 104 & CTH C, in the Town of Brooklyn, for a motor vehicle crash. The investigation found that Sergine Fall, 36, of Madison, was traveling west when he failed to stop at a stop sign and traveled through the intersection where he struck a traffic sign and then came to a rest in the ditch. Fall advised he was uninjured and wearing his seatbelt. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, with no airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. Fall was later cited for Driving too Fast for Conditions and released with a future court date.

● At 9:29 a.m., Deputies to the W4300 block of Exeter Crossing Rd., in the Town of Exeter, for a one vehicle crash with nobody around the vehicle. The investigation found that Jacqueline O. Knight, 21, of Monticello, was traveling east when she entered the ditch where the vehicle came to a rest. Knight advised she was not injured and wearing her seatbelt. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, with no airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. Knight left the scene prior to reporting the crash to law enforcement.  Knight was later cited for Failure to Maintain Control and Failure to Notify Law Enforcement of an accident pending a future court date.

● At 2:19 p.m., Deputies responded to the 2800 block of 6th St. (Green County Justice Center), in the City of Monroe, where Candalerrio Mejia Gutiereez, 46, of Monticello, was placed under arrest for an active warrant through Green County. Gutiereez was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail without incident. 

On July 6:

● At 3:48 a.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the N1700 block of STH 69, in the Town of Clarno. The investigation resulted in the driver, Jakar D. Broitzman, 18, of Monroe, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence. Broitzman was additionally cited for speeding, possession of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle, underage possession of alcohol, and possession of THC. Broitzman was later released pending a future court date. 

● At 6:59 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the N3800 block of STH 69, in the Town of Monroe. The investigation resulted in Markeeta Reed-Burgess, 39, of Fitchburg, being cited for Possession of THC.  Reed-Burgess was later released pending a future court date.   

On July 7:

● At 10:33 a.m., Deputies and Blanchardville Fire responded to the W9200 blk of CTH H, Town of York, for a motorcycle crash with injury. Investigation determined the operator of the motorcycle, Matthew M. Joy, 46 of Chicago, was traveling west on CTH H negotiating a sharp curve in the roadway when he observed an east bound truck and RV coming around the same corner. Matthew cut his turn too far inside after observing this and the bike lost traction, tipping over onto the side and immediately catching on fire. The bike then slid into a driver side tire of the RV and bounced back into the roadway. The motorcycle was a complete loss due to fire. The east bound truck hauling the RV, being operated by John H. Knicker, 65 of Blanchardville, sustained cosmetic damage to the tire and was driven from the scene.

● At 4:28 p.m., Deputies, along with Belleville Police Department and Belleville Fire Department responded to the N8300 block of Tunnel Rd., in the Town of Exeter for a single vehicle crash with injury. The investigation found that the driver, Sherrod K. Ross, 27, of Madison, was traveling eastbound when he traveled into the north shoulder, then into the ditch and struck a tree.  Ross sustained apparent minor injury and was wearing his seatbelt.  The vehicle sustained disabling damage, with no airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene.

● At 10:59 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation in the W4000 block of STH 11, in the Town of Sylvester. The investigation resulted in a passenger of the vehicle, Damon L. Melde, 25, of Dubuque, being placed under arrest for an active arrest warrant through Marquette County. Melde was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court. 

On July 8:

● At 5:32 p.m., Deputies and the Monroe Police Department responded to a single vehicle crash in the 1500 block of 31st Avenue, in the Town of Monroe. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Guadalupe Garcia-Ruiz, 35 of Monroe, was traveling southbound when she attempted to pull into a parking lot and collided with a guardrail. Garcia-Ruiz and passengers reported non-life-threatening injuries, were wearing their seatbelts, and the airbags did not deploy. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

On July 9:

● At 5:10 a.m., Deputies along with Green County EMS and Juda Fire Department responded to the W1800 block of State Highway 11, in the Town of Spring Grove, for the report of a two-vehicle crash with injuries. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Rogelio Barrales Villalba, 23 of Freeport, was traveling eastbound when he crossed the center line and collided with a westbound vehicle operated by Flor M. Prebil, 51 of Beloit. Prebil and the five passengers reported wearing their seatbelts and sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Prebil and the five passengers were transported to an area hospital for treatment. Both vehicles had airbag deployment, sustained disabling damage and were towed from the scene. Investigation resulted in Barrales Villalba being cited for Operating After Revocation causing injury, Reckless Driving causing injury, and Failure to Maintain Control. Barrales was released pending court.

● At 3:35 p.m., Deputies responded to the 2800 block of 6th Street, in the City of Monroe to assist Department of Corrections agents. Investigation resulted in James R. Lauren, 33 of New Glarus being arrested for a Probation Violation. Lauren was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.

On July 13:

● At 11:19 p.m., Deputies along with the Monroe Police Department responded to the W5000 block of State Highway 59, in the Town of Monroe, for the report of a single vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Alejandro Colin-Urbina, 30 of Evansville, was traveling eastbound when he lost control and entered the south ditch colliding with a culvert. Urbina sustained non-life-threatening injuries, was wearing his seatbelt, and the airbags deployed. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Investigation resulted in Urbina being arrested for Operating Under the Influence (1st). Urbina was further cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration (Greater than 0.15), Operating Without a Valid License, Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Insurance, and Failure to Keep Vehicle Under Control. Urbina was released to a responsible party pending court.

On July 14:

● At 2:52 p.m., Deputies responded to the W1300 block of County Highway E, in the Town of Albany for a single vehicle crash. Investigation revealed a vehicle operated by Mara L. Shepard, 19 of Sun Prairie, was traveling northbound when she failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle exited the roadway and entered a field before coming to rest. Shepard and her passenger were not injured, were wearing their seatbelts, and the airbags did not deploy. The vehicle sustained functional damage and was driven from the scene.

On July 16:

● 5:12 a.m. Brenda L Richards, 53, Scales Mound reported striking a deer on CTH O, White Oak Springs Township. Richards’ 1997 Dodge received minor damage and was driven from the scene.

● 4:09 p.m. Deputy responded to CTH G, Willow Springs Township for a vehicle vs buggy crash.

● 7:44 p.m. Deputy responded to Thor LN, Wiota Township for a theft complaint.

On July 18:

● At 4:52 p.m., Deputies and Belleville Police Department responded to the N9200 block of County Highway D, in the Town of Exeter, for the report of a physical altercation. Investigation resulted in Tyler S. Bollig, 40 of Belleville, being arrested for Disorderly Conduct and False Imprisonment, both domestic related.  Bollig was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending an initial court appearance.

On July 19:

● At 9:16 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for Impeding Traffic in the W1100 block of STH 11, in the Town of Spring Grove. The investigation resulted in the driver, Jesus Villalva Dia, 47, of Brodhead, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence. Dia was additionally cited for Unsafe Lane Deviation. Dia was later released to a responsible party pending court. 

● At 11:51 p.m., Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for Speeding in the W1800 block of STH 11, in the Town of Spring Grove. The investigation resulted in the driver, Brianna G.M. Ritter, 30, of Monroe, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence. Ritter was additionally cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration and Speeding. Ritter was later released to a responsible party pending court.

On July 21:

● At 6:48 p.m., Deputies, along with Juda Fire Department, Green County EMS, and Brodhead EMS, responded to the N1600 block of CTH G, in the Town of Spring Grove, for a single vehicle crash with injury. The investigation found that an occupant, Eric M. Koch, 46, of Davis, was traveling southbound when the vehicle traveled into the east ditch, then into the east field where the vehicle overturned and then came to a rest. Koch sustained apparent injuries and was later transported to the hospital for further treatment. Koch’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
