On May 20:
● At 6:38 a.m., Deputies responded to the W100 block of CTH C, in the Town of Brooklyn, for a Domestic Abuse incident. The investigation resulted in Megan A.M. Polheber, 32, being placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and Battery (domestic abuse related). Polheber was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending the posting of her bond or court.
● At 9:42 a.m., Deputies responded to the W9600 block of Trotter Rd., in the Town of Adams, for a single vehicle crash without injuries. The driver, Lanae L. Roque, 24, of Madison, advised that the crash had occurred the previous night and there were no injuries. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was later towed from the scene. Roque was later cited for Failure to Notify Police of an Accident and Possession of Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle pending a future court date.
● At 10:53 a.m., Deputies responded to the N6700 block of CTH J, in the Town of Adams, for a single vehicle crash. The investigation found that Gabriel A. Garity, 46, of Blanchardville, was traveling southbound when he fell asleep, failed to negotiate a curve and then struck an embankment and culvert. Garity advised that he was wearing his seatbelt at the time of incident and was uninjured. The vehicle sustained minor damage, with no airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. Garity was cited for Failure to Maintain Control and Failure to Notify Police of an Accident pending a future court date.
● At 5:59 p.m., Deputies responded to a report of Megan A.M. Polheber, 32, of Brooklyn, violating a Domestic Abuse Injunction Violation in the W300 block of CTH C, in the Town of Brooklyn. The investigation resulted in Polheber being placed under arrest for the violation and later additionally charged with Battery to Law Enforcement. Polheber was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court
● At 6:34 p.m., Deputies, Albany EMS, Albany FD, Brodhead EMS, and Brodhead FD responded to the W1000 block of CTH E, in the Town of Decatur, for a single motor vehicle crash with injuries. The investigation found that the driver, Brianna M. Waddell, 20, was traveling southbound when she failed to negotiate a curve, lost control of the vehicle, entered the ditch and then overturned. Waddell and her passenger, Caiden J. Waddell, 19, advised they were wearing their seatbelts at the time of incident. Brianna advised that she was uninjured. Caiden advised that he sustained a suspected minor injury and was transported to the hospital by EMS. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. Brianna was later cited for Failure to Maintain Control pending a future court date.
