Juda Fire 

JUDA — A semi unit on fire was reported at about 9:15 p.m. June 4 at a trucking business and residence on Ladwig Road, Town of Sylvester. Firefighters arrived to find the semi unit fully engulfed. They stayed on scene about 45 minutes. It was a total loss. A semi unit parked next to the engulfed semi sustained minor damage. Neither semi had a trailer attached. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is believed to be an electrical issue.

The DNR wardens assisted because they were already nearby preparing to carry out their annual Memorial Day weekend ATV/UTV patrol detail.
