MONROE - The Monroe swimming pool opens on June 4, with special hours.
Public swim will be from 1 to 5 p.m., followed by adult lap from 5 to 6 p.m., and public swim from 6 to 8 p.m.
Hours for June 6, due to school being in session, will be swim-team practice from 4 to 5:15 p.m., followed by adult lap swim from 5 to 6 p.m., and public swim from 6 to 8 p.m.

Monday through Friday
- 1-4 p.m. - Public Swim
- 4-5:15 p.m. - Swim Team Practice
- 5:15-6 p.m. - Adult Lap Swim
- 6-8 p.m. - Public Swim
Saturday through Sunday
- 1-5 p.m. - Public Swim
- 5-6 p.m. - Adult Lap Swim
- 6-8 p.m. - Public Swim
Daily admission for Monroe residents (R) and non-residents (NR) are as follows:
- Seniors (55 & older) - $3 R/ $4 NR
- Adults (18 & older) - $3.50 R/ $4.50 NR
- Youth - $3 R/ $4 NR
- 7 months - 3 years - $1 R/ $2 NR

A family swim pass is $88 for residents and $101 for non-residents. Family swim passes are limited to immediate family living under one roof. Only six family members are allowed on a pass, and for each additional member the cost is an additional $5.
A family may add a babysitter onto their family pass for an additional $10. An individual swim pass is $48 for a resident and $61 for a non-resident.
A senior citizen swim pass is $40 for a resident and $53 for a non-resident. A senior citizen couple swim pass is $70 for residents and $83 for non-residents; and a family wading pool pass is $65 for residents and $78 for non-residents.
