Arrested man gets felony charges for spitting at cops

MONROE — A Monticello man kicked out of a Monroe bar and arrested for disorderly conduct spit at police and required numerous “focus strikes” from officers to subdue him at the Green County Jail, according to a criminal complaint filed Oct. 29.
