MONROE - The City of Monroe Street Department will be milling and replacing the asphalt in the 1100 and 1200 blocks of 17th Avenue this week. There may be closures during the day; however, the street will be open overnight.
The Street Department is also removing and replacing asphalt in the 700 block of 10th Street, starting today, July 30. There may be street closures during the day.
