Yodeler to perform Sunday

MONROE - Yodeler Toni Blum Seitz, the voice behind a Lederhosen-themed Stride gum television commercial currently airing, will be one of the featured Swiss entertainers at the Monroe Swiss Singers' 42nd annual Swissfest, 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2 at the Turner Hall of Monroe, two blocks south of the downtown Square. Other performers include the Monroe Swiss Singers, the Männerchor New Glarus, the New Glarus Yodel Club, accordionist John Waelti, Green County Alphorns led by Heinz Mattmann, and more. Tickets are $10 at the door, or $7 in advance through Nov. 1 at the Turner Hall Ratskeller Restaurant or by calling (608) 325-3461. The ticket price includes a dance played by the Greg Anderson Band following the program.
