Wiota Fourth of July event to span 4 days

WIOTA - The Wiota Firemen's annual Fourth of July celebration will be from Thursday, July 3 to Sunday, July 6.

The Home Talent Baseball games will be held on Friday, July 4, with Platteville playing at Wiota starting at 1 p.m. More ball games will follow.

The band, Rockabilly-Junction, will be playing at the dance, held from 8 p.m. to midnight Saturday in the beer tent.

The parade, talent show and fireworks are on Sunday. The parade will be held at noon and the talent show will be held at 6:30 p.m.

There will also be a church service in the park at 9:30 a.m. Sunday.

Ball games and volleyball games will be played all weekend.
