WARREN — St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Warren, in partnership with Warren United Methodist Church, is hosting the 2nd Annual Warren Community Spiritfest.
This Christian music festival will be held from 3:30-8 p.m. Aug. 11 at the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church pavilion, 209 Clinton Street, Warren.
There will be five musical acts. At 3:30 p.m., the Warren UMC Praise Band will kick off with some prelude music. At 4 p.m., the Steve Sheffey Family Singers will bring their harmonies. They are followed at 5 p.m. by Peace Seekers, and then at 6 p.m. by Delta II. The No Worries Band headlines the event with bluegrass melodies at 7 p.m.
Admission is free, though there will be a free-will offering for the musicians. There will be a concession stand available, including free hot dogs and more.
This event is also B.Y.O.C. — Bring Your Own Chair to sit under the shade of the trees near the pavilion. Note: in case of inclement weather, the festival will be moved into St. Paul’s sanctuary.
