MONROE - The National Historic Cheesemaking Center and Green County Welcome Center will have a volunteer orientation session at 4 p.m. April 24 for interested new volunteers and returning volunteers at the National Historic Cheesemaking Center campus at the intersection of 21st Street and Wisconsin 69 south. NHCC volunteers spend just a few hours a month from May 1 to Oct. 31, serving visitors who come to Monroe and Green County. Membership in the National Historic Cheesemaking Center is not required to volunteer.
