MONROE — Sexual Assault Recovery Program is sponsoring another t-shirt contest starting Feb. 15 to 28. This year’s theme is “consent.” 

Designs must remain clean, or “school appropriate.” The winner will have their design placed on a t-shirt that will be printed at Heartland Graphics and sold. Order forms will be available and at events throughout April. Orders will be taken March 12 to 26.
