MONROE - The Spring Special Occasion Style event will be held at 1 p.m. April 18 in the Monroe Public Library program room.

The event is hosted by the library, Julie's Bridal and Studio 906.

Those who attend will learn how to best style dresses and have their skin and body in top conditions for big events.
