RED OAK - Richland Free Methodist Church, near Red Oak, will greet attendees with coffee, donuts and other snacks as they arrive for worship Sunday, July 6.
The service begins at 10:15 a.m. and refreshments will be ready 10 minutes before the service.
Worship will include an old time gospel concert by the Fever River Gospel Team of southwestern Wisconsin.
These men, most of whom entertained from Platteville to Shullsburg in rural churches when they were teens, have regrouped as retirement music evangelists.
The Rev. Lyle Babcock of Richland Free Methodist Church says, "Like Moses of old, when they pick up their instruments and sing and play, they don't show their age much."
Richland Free Methodist Church is located on Richland Road, between Red Oak Road and Scheider Road. Everyone is invited and casual attire is welcome.
