FREEPORT - The Freeport Art Museum and Winneshiek Players will present a free live preview of "It's A Wonderful Life Radio Play" at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8 at the Freeport Art Museum, 121 North Harlem Ave.
The play demonstrates what a live 1940s-style radio production looks like, including how different sound effects and characters are created in this performance.
The audience will be the first to get a sneak-peek of this performance, hear special selections and interact with the characters who will serve light refreshments. Participation and interaction is highly encouraged.
Those attending may purchase reduced rate one-year memberships to both the Freeport Art Museum and Winneshiek Players. Memberships to both venues can include special event tickets, invitations to previews and sneak peaks, free admission to national museums and more.
Tickets will be on sale to "It's A Wonderful Life: Live from Winneshiek Radio" for Thursday, Nov. 17, Friday, Nov. 18 and Saturday, Nov. 19 performances.
