Pec Jamm, Art in the Park start Saturday

BLANCHARDVILLE - The 10th annual Pec Jamm and Pecatonica Art in the Park will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, and Sunday, Aug. 29, in lower McKellar Park near the river.

Pecatonica Art in the Park will include live glass blowing demonstrations by Mike Myers of Mike Myer Design, New Glarus, and sculptures by Nikki Cooper, Monroe.

Stef Culberson of Goose Chaser Farm, rural Blanchardville, will be there with locally grown food.

Other artists include Keith Skaggs with his original paintings and artwork, Tina and Terry McKillip of Art St. Ann Gallery will supply amber jewelry and prints of Terry's paintings.

There is no admission charge to the music festival featuring local musicians. The concert will feature country, gospel, polka and waltzing.
