MONROE - Pastor Carolyn Myers Fredriksen will conduct services at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1025 15th Ave., at 5 p.m. today, Sept. 14 and at 9 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 15. Fredriksen is a graduate of Monroe High School. She attended Luther College and graduated from UW-Madison and the Lutheran School of Theology, Chicago.
