Myron and Geri Olson, Monroe, will be celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary on Saturday, Dec. 31, 2011.
Myron and the former Geri Hassenfelt were married Dec. 31, 1971 in Argyle. The couple have two children, Amy of Madison, and Kevin (Jennifer) of Clinton, and two grandchildren. Their children hosted an anniversary party for them in July.
The couple is planning a trip at a later date.
