MONTICELLO - The annual Zwingli Church kalberwurst supper will be held from 4:30 to 8 p.m. Saturday, April 19, at the church, 416 E. Lake Ave., Monticello. The veal is donated by Clarence and Pat Pluss and Hoesly's process it. Church members of all ages and the Girl Scouts pitch in and help.
The menu includes kalberwurst and ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, copper penny carrot salad, applesauce, Swiss bread, bars and beverage. The meal is served family style and carryouts are available in a separate line. Tickets are sold at the door, no advance sales. Cost is $9 for adults, $4 children 6 to 12 years, and children under 5 eat free.
