MONROE - The Parish Mobile Food Pantry of Green County will again distribute free food to low-income families from 3 to 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 15, at the St. Vincent De Paul parking lot. Dates for the next few months are June 19, July 17, and August 21.
Low-income families wishing to receive food from the Mobile Pantry should bring two medium-sized sturdy boxes or one laundry basket in which to place the food. Distribution of the perishable food will begin promptly at 3 p.m. No pre-registration is required. Only one person per family unit is allowed.
