MONROE - The Parish Mobile Food Pantry of Green County will distribute free food to low-income families from 3 to 4 p.m. Thursday, March 20 (the third Thursday of each month) at the St. Vincent De Paul parking lot.
Dates for the next few months are April 17, May 15 and June 19.
Low-income families wishing to receive food from the Mobile Pantry should bring two medium-sized sturdy boxes or two laundry baskets in which to place the food.
Distribution of the perishable food will begin promptly at 3 p.m. No pre-registration is required. Only one person per family unit is allowed.
