MCCONNELL, Ill. - McConnell United Methodist Church will host its annual Soup and Sandwich Lunch from noon to 1:30 p.m. Feb. 26 at the church, 211 N. Hulbert Road, McConnell, Illinois.
The menu will include all-you-can-eat chili, vegetable beef soup, vegetarian soup, cheese sandwiches, celery and carrot sticks, dessert and beverage.
Tickets are $5 for adults and $2 for children 5-12 years old. Funds raised at the event will be used for the ministries and programs of the church as well as missions.
