MONROE - The "Care to Remember" Luncheon, sponsored by Stateline Women's Connection and Stonecroft Ministries, is set for 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in Peppercorn Banquets at Ludlow Mansion, 1417 Mansion Drive.

Candace Twedt, Williams, Iowa, will speak on the topic, "After the Clouds comes the Sunshine." Twedt will speak on how to keep a smile even in uncertain times and will share a variety of challenges in life, including a financial problem and attempted rape.
