MADISON - Dance Wisconsin is performing "Peter Rabbit's Ballet" from at 9:45 a.m., Friday, April 8 for the school performance, and at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 9 and Sunday, April 10 in a public performance at MATC's Mitby Theater.

"Peter Rabbit's Ballet" is a fast-paced ballet depicting the adventures of Peter and some of his most famous friends. The whimsical ballet features a dancing garden and a cast of some of the most memorable animals to ever appear on stage. It is an especially wonderful experience for introducing younger students to the beauty and enchantment of story-telling through ballet.

Dance Wisconsin will also perform the stories of Benjamin Bunny who gets chased in the garden by Mr. McGregor, Tom Kitten whose story is filled with lots of humor from the Puddle Ducks, and Jeremy Fisher in an enchanted water scene.

Don't miss this great opportunity to see the classic stories told through ballet, Peter Rabbit's Ballet 2011. Check out a preview of the show at www.dancewisconsin.com.
